Authenticity of Artwork - Eclectic Metal Art LLC guarantees the authenticity of every piece of artwork as original and as described.  If you have any questions about the authenticity or condition of a piece, please reach out to us through email at chazba@msn.com or charles@eclecticmetalart.com.

Return Policy - We accept returns of artwork purchased on our website within 30 days of the purchase date.  Artwork returned in the same condition is eligible for a complete refund.  

Payments - When purchasing art on our website, eclecticmetalart.com, payment will be due in full when processing the order through the online shopping cart.  When purchased through a secondary site such as ebay or etsy- the terms and conditions of those corps will apply. If you would like to discuss alternate payment options, please reach out to us through email at chazba@msn.com or charles@eclecticmetalart.com.

Condition - Artwork shipped from Eclectic Metal Art will have condition described in the listings of the individual pieces. Condition is as described and considered in good to excellent condition unless otherwise stated.  

Delivery - Unframed artwork and small sculptures typically ship within (2) business days of purchase.  Framed artwork and large sculptures ship within (4) business days of purchase. If a larger piece requires additional time to prepare and ship, it will be noted in the listing, and could require up to two weeks.
